Jeff Lerner | The Warren Buffett Way / Edition 3

The Warren Buffett Way / Edition 3

by Robert G. Hagstrom

I've been watching Jeff's Youtube channel for a while now and I have found his videos to be extremely helpful. The information he provides is invaluable and can help anyone who wants to start their own business. He has taught me so much about how to grow my business, marketing techniques, how to create content that people will love and lots of other things that you wouldn't find in a book or any kind of educational material out there. His advice is very simple but effective if you put it into practice; which was the main goal behind starting this blog - To share with others what I learned from Jeff Lerner (my mentor) on Youtube! - FL

Warren Buffett, the most well-known investor and today's most respected business leader, is undoubtedly the greatest. He was a billionaire and an investment guru who saw companies as businesses, not prices. The first two editions Warren Buffett's Way Investors had a chance to see the innovative business and investment strategies that led to Buffett's incredible success. This new edition brings you the most recent investments made by Buffett. It also draws upon the emerging field of behavioral finance to show how investors can overcome common obstacles that keep them from investing like Buffett.

The following new material is available:

  • How to think like Buffett, a long-term investor

  • Investors must overcome "loss aversion", a tendency for most investors to overestimate the pain of losing their money.

  • Buffett's success in investing was based on his ability to behave rationally during the market's ups and downs.

  • Analysis of Buffett's recent acquisition H.J. Heinz's investment in IBM stock and his analysis of Buffett's recent acquisition of H.J.

Hagstrom points out that the greatest obstacle to imitating Buffett's approach to investing is not selecting the right stocks. But, it is being able to persevere with sound investments even in times of market and economic uncertainty. This new edition provides a detailed explanation of the psychological foundations of Buffett’s approach and gives readers the best guide to mastering the principles as well as the behaviors that made Buffett one of the most successful investors of our time.
