Interesting info!👌 I just uploaded a video about my thoughts on "the Marshmallow test" that was conducted by a Stanford professor named Walter. Not sure if you're familiar with it, but the study claims that kids who can delay gratification are destined for success and kids who don't have that discipline will most likely struggle. Pretty interesting.

I have read a lot of self help book. A great primer that could be read over and over again. Top 10 I have ever read, maybe in the top 5 and I have read a lot. If a person apply's half of what Dean puts in this book, their life will dramatically change.

Anyone can read this book and understand it's concepts. Not trying to downplay the information in the book AT ALL! Loved reading this book and it has some GREAT information, but the most important part is finding out how to apply it to YOUR life, specifically. After all, a book is just a book until one USES the information within it to their advantage.

Great and very motivational. Interestingly actions Dean recommends match very closely with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy many psychologists and psychiatrists research and practice.

Thank You Dean, not just for myself, but for my two daughters as well! We so need a text book for this particular place in time & I hope to meet you one day to thank you in person my friend! Well, I look at all good people as friends I haven't met yet! This amazing book offered far more than I might have expected! It's a book about Life and Getting the most out of it starting now! Yesterday is gone forever! Move over Tony Robbins! There's a new kid in town! Love You Both! Haha! Don't Stop! Cheers!

Up till Chapter 8 would be perfect for someone trying to get into action. Chapter 8 onward is especially good for those who have already started their own business! Really enjoyed reading it and don't forget to take notes!

I enjoyed reading this book. I finished it during my turns being a passenger during a long road trip vacation, which should tell you something. I wouldn't have read it on vacation if I didn't enjoy it! I have no plans to go into real estate, and that's OK, because this book really isn't about that specifically. The first thing I am working on is my Not To Do List. This makes perfect sense, to identify things that aren't helping you reach your goals in life, eliminate them, and use that time for your real To To List to work toward your goals. Wonderful advice, and just one example of many in this book. If you are looking for some motivation in your life, you might want to order a copy. Google it. He's giving it away, and you just pay the shipping.

I didn’t really resonate with the “villain inside” thing. I already took the plunge to change my life 18 months ago, but the ideas and examples really helped me focus on how to accelerate my journey to success. I was drifting, now I have laser focus. The habits and day-to-day improvements will take time, but make a lot of sense.

I actually NEVER write reviews. This is my first time. I was already planning on it, but when I read some of the negative reviews, I realized I have to. This book gives you advice that has the ability to change your life-- if you take the initiative and take action. Is the book itself going to make you rich? Hell no. Are you going to implement the advice, dig deep and change your own life? Well, that's up to you.
Here's a guy who lives the life that almost everyone desires, and yet some people are expecting that by reading it, they too will be successful as soon as they put the book down. No. What he's given us is a way to think differently, to think deeply and to move ourselves into action. This guy has put years and years into becoming the man he is today and he decided to sit down and write all the things he did in order to get there. He's literally handing over his mindset map.
So for those of you who are reading reviews and trying to figure out whether or not this book is for you. Let me tell you. If you are waking up each morning-- ready to take your life to the next level. If you know deep down that you are meant to do something so much greater than what you are doing right now. If you just cannot imagine being exactly where you are today, one year from now. But most importantly-- if you are ready to genuinely try something new. Something different. Not just read the pages and think about it. Read and DO. Then GET THIS BOOK! This book is for you!!! I know that someone reading this knows exactly what I'm talking about.
I haven't finished the book, but I am implementing every single piece of advice I can get from him and I'm ready to read all of his other books as well. I'm also doing the better life challenge. GO THERE TOO! My life is seriously drastically different than it was a month ago. Every relationship I have in my life has improved. (For those who say it's only for Real Estate!!!! He shows you how to live your potential either way, but offers a way into a better life via Real Estate. Makes sense since that's exactly how he built himself up in the beginning!!!!! I would hope he wouldn't try to tell a pilot how to fly a plane when that's not his expertise!!)
Ready to do the work? He's got some major techniques down for you.

As always, keep it simple. You can relate easily to the topics in the book and it opens your mind. Read it tot the end. Read the book a total of 8 hours.... it was one of the best 8 hours of my life aside from reading the bible which is the best.

Its a book with old concepts that we maybe forget to apply. Its based on the universal truth that you are your habits, and if if you focus on growth, your talents and persist, you can achieve great things and have a whole life

Dean really gets to the heart of the matter, enabling you to understand how one feels and thinks about their fears and failures. The simplistic approach he uses are thought provoking, inspirational and profound; yet very relatable. This particular PMA (positive mental attitude) book is part autobiography and part therapy. You not only reach a better understanding of yourself, but he assists in providing structured, simple exercises to enable you to overcome challenges and take action to improve your approach to everyday living. I highly recommend MILLIONAIRE SUCCESS HABITS.

I've read a lot of books on money, success and self-improvement in general but what Dean has done here is provide a practical framework. We are what we repeatedly do, success then is not an act but a habit. Dean has empowered us with the exact habits that are necessary to create success not only in the financial realm but in all the other realms of life as well whether that be social, mental, spiritual and physical. This is a must read for anyone that is serious about creating a life they love.

I am both reading this book and listening to it on Audible as well. Even though I've read/listened to a million human behavior and motivational/self help books throughout my real estate career of 30+ years, this book exceeds my expectations. Most of the contents are old tried and true messages, but with a unique way of saying it. It's got a refreshingly new attitude - a realness about it that makes the reader (me) connect to its message.

The best part about this book is the wholesome conversation. The principles and guidance are true, work well if you are ready to really except and excell with who you really are. The guidance and honesty can make anyone a millionaire or more if they are ready. Those who reject it or who are negative about it, just aren't ready yet to be wealthy, or a millionaire or even billionaire.
Dean, thank you for your perseverance and opening up the gateway, floodgates, for me and others to be happy, walk in excellence and not be afraid to become wealthy, healthy, millionaires and possibly billionaires. The best to you :)
