Today I’ve been joined by Brad Lea - founder of LightSpeed VT and podcast host of ‘dropping bombs’.

Brad Lea’s story is incredibly unique and that’s exactly what makes it so special.

Brad didn’t have an easy run by any means, he was not raised with a silver spoon in his mouth.

Brad Lea was actually in an orphanage at the age of 2, but did that stop him from being one of the best entrepreneurs out there?

No chance!

Brad Lea is the epitome of a self-made entrepreneur, he went from dropping out of high school at age 16 and going to LA to become a movie star.

But Brad was tired of being broke, he decided to transform his life and get into sales.

Shortly after that, he was making $300,000 a year!

Brad then went on to start LightSpeed VT - the world’s most advanced interactive training communication technology.

The rest is history!

This is your chance to find out how to create your own success story, it’s never too late…

Listen to this Podcast to discover how you can become as successful as Brad today!

P4P (Pay For Performance): Why Hourly is a Failing Formula Paperback – January 3, 2022

  • It's never been more difficult to find qualified employees. Programs and handouts from the government public-traded giants with an unending desire for front-line workers and a growing gig economy has made it extremely difficult to hire for small business owners. The question that is most relevant is: how can we draw talented people and keep them over the long haul? How do I establish the rates of pay for my top performers who are always asking for increases? How can I expand my company without having to manage my Team while they are in the field?
This is what we call Pay-For Performance (P4P).
I understand the stress of growing a home-based service company and trying to inspire your employees as you balance the budget and the rising expenses of operating. P4P has allowed me to expand my business in lawn maintenance beyond 7-figures in annual revenues and we now have many locations throughout North America. In a short paragraph, P4P pays employees a proportion of the money they generate for their business. It's that easy. The remainder of the P4P system is designed to ensure that standards for quality are met and that employees don't rush through work or cause damage to the property of customers. If you're sick of snubbling employees' babies, tired of offering low-paying, non-paying job opportunities, and tired of watching employees waste their time and money as well as their potential, I would suggest you to work hard to apply P4P and watch it change your business.

    What's Inside
This book is your guide to success and also the future of the labour industry as we are familiar with it. Inside you'll find all the information you needed to implement P4P successfully in your organization. From introducing the concept to taking it further than an easy pay structure P4P: Why Hourly Is A Failure Formula can revolutionize the way you conduct business.

    • Why $ Per Hour is a Broken System

    • The Cultural and Financial Issues Caused by Paying Employees on an Hourly Basis

    • How to Tell Your Team: Step-by-Step Implementation of P4P

I implemented P4P in 2021 based on Mike’s direction and it has been amazing for my business. It simplifies how an owner can have a pulse on the day to day health of production crews and it incentivizes the behavior that allows the business and the employee to make more money. Please do yourself a favor and buy this book, you won’t regret it.

Incredible and very simply laid out book. This concept taught by Mike Andes has brought my company full circle landscape solutions from negative profit margins to now becoming a growing profitable company. After listening to the audiobook I just ordered paperback copies for our entire field team and will be giving them bonuses if they finish the book. We are going to be the change we would like to see in the industry.
