I was not familiar with the work of Dr. Shauna Shapiro, I listened to her interview at Sounds True with Tami Simon and I was touched by her kindness and the gentleness she approached difficult moments in life. It resonated with me as someone who's trying to integrate the "good wolf and the bad wolf" in the wholeness of life, rather than only feeding the positive thoughts while our shadow is being suffocated in some even darker corners of our subconsciousness.
