So this is exactly the thing that Jeff activates in people! Activating that dormant drive, that has been dormant because it is more 'acceptable' to be complacent. Many equate complacency with gratefulness. It seems ungrateful to want more. Right? My newest quote - Undercutting yourself because it seems that you can't win, is capitulation. Another great episode here.. Michael is awesome!
