Man, you guys could not have come from more different backgrounds but the way you grew your public speaking and the evolution from that was so similar! Yesterday I received a very important package I had been waiting for. This book took me through emotions I have been battling for a while, aspects of my life I hid from myself (I killed and buried those thoughts and events in my life years ago.) this book made me realize that I needed to let go of all the resentment I held towards all unfortunate events that have occurred in life and all the people I held resentment towards in life. This book help give me a new lense to view life in, different ways of thinking, and how to move forward with being the best I can be. The book that I received yesterday I could not put down, it came to church with me today for an event they had, it came to dinner with us, I literally could not put it down. I finished this amazing book tonight and all I can say is wow if you haven’t purchased it yet please go on Amazon I promise it will be the best $12 you will invest in. Seriously life changing and not just saying it but truly meaning it. @garrain.jones provides exercises after every chapter to assist with changing your mindset along the way, things you normally wouldn’t think of having a huge impact on your life. The genuineness of wanting to help people change their lives can be felt reading this book, the love and care for others can be felt while reading this book. This is definitely a book I will continue to refer back to through life and I’m glad that Gods timing was now, he gave me the opportunity to experience full life and mind transformation , that I would not have if Garrain did not take the time to write this book. Many people are buying books trying to unlock whatever they are procrastinating from or wanting to achieve. To be honest, there is no secret formula besides having passion, hard work, and good counsel. To be successful, refer back to the prior sentence once again. Success, however, will not alone bring happiness. One has to have a spiritual awakening as well. This book is a must-read for self-help junkies like myself, who need to get out of the occasional rut of grinding it out every day. Let's face it, there are more factors of resistance upon us than persistence. This book is now on my collection shelf of getting out of the rut.
The author made his book easy to read, fast to read, and visually exciting to read. I found myself reading it in the bathroom, while watching TV, and at the stoplights in Atlanta. (yes long ones)
While the world sometimes shames people for being a Christian, this author highlights the reason for his success is from that very fact. God empowered him at his lowest moment when he didn't even have belief in God and here he is.
A very inspiring story for adults and a must-read for teenagers and college students.

Anyone that is struggling with not feeling like you're worth something, anyone that wants to start a book club, anyone that is seeking to start their own business, anyone who is looking to start their journey into loving themselves, if you are someone that loves people and just wants to give something to someone as a gift to make them think to help them change to help them grow this is the book for you.!!! I have heard this man speak I've watched him and his wife speak and he is just like everyone else he's got a backstory just like most of us one that you wouldn't necessarily be proud of but he has turned his life around he has given his life to God projects all the things that he wants in his life out into the universe, and if you are ready to change your mindset and allow it to change your life then start with this book. I heard him say this at an event years ago and now there is a book.

Important book for redemption and discovery

Garrion Jones’s Change Your Mindset, Change Your Life is excellent for two specific audiences. The one is folks who have fallen or tripped hard and want to discover how to get back up. CYM, CYL is excellent in this regard. A genuinely inspiring read.
The other group is young adult readers, high school and college age, who may not have the life experience of having overcome adversity or (yet) faced their own failure experiences. Jones’ from the heart style and the creative formatting of the layout and story-telling are likely to provide access points for students and young people beginning to make their way in the world.
There is a great deal of heart and style in Change Your Mindset, Change Your Life, and for readers wanting to discover a way back up or who have not yet experienced what it means to be down but not out, Jones’ story is memorable and rewarding. Also, imo the writing’s style and contemporary insight makes CYM, CYL an easy recommendation for high school and college student libraries and book shelves.

Wow this is such a good book to read for anyone who is struggling in any area of their life or for anyone who has goals & dreams, it is going to support you getting to them know matter what obstacles are thrown your way! it really does make you think back to the things that have happened in your life and why they happened and how you have come out the other end with even better result. It looks at how we look at things and what we are letting hold us back. We need to appreciated our self worth and know we a destine for greater things. We need to change the our mind the way we speak and what we are giving energy to! I highly recommend this book it is a must to have in your library!

Well, just a background of myself... I am Engineer and read 50 books or so on personal development. This book is beyond my belief and it is written by a guy about my age 42... living and breathing now. I truly confess what it is said and written applies to ALL Human Beings...... it is a like to cut open yourself and see who you are? and take out the bad in you, to remove bad tissue to make you a healthy being.
I wish there is an option to highlight the whole book in Kindle reading as I highlited 80% of the book!!
Don't read or buy this book if:
- You are not interested in changing yourself for a better YOU.
- You don't want to be a good human being
- You hate other and yourself and don't want to change YOU.
- If you are not serious about your life and yourself to be a better YOU.
Good job Garrain, it is very inspiring and surprising to see all it takes is the mindset...for anything you want to achieve in life! God Bless You! Amen!

My favorite part of this book was the blending of large font print for important words of wisdom and regular textbook font. This allowed my step-daughter to be engaged in the reading of this book along with me. She was excited to read the large font pages, and was able to understand the wisdom she was reading. I recommend this book for anyone looking to empower and encourage their entire family!

I've been following him since the Steph Jones days. The tips and tools he discusses in this book can be hard because you really have to want to change which means doing things different daily. Great read...a workbook would be cool too!

You will be blown away by a stranger’s words, each page that you read you will feel as though someone has tapped into your own personal diary. You will find comfort & peace in this book, and left with a feeling knowing that you are not the only one who has felt defeated, at the verge of giving up or someone maybe who is still struggling but WANTS, DESIRES & DESERVES more in this life. This book hit home for me. I can relate to everything that was said in this book. It is very moving very inspirational not to mention educational. I was touched in so many ways. It’s like I was reliving parts of my life through this book. If you’re stuck and can’t find your way out and don’t know where to begin, I recommend this book. If you are not motivated to CHANGE YOUR MINDSET, CHANGE YOUR LIFE, after reading this book. You are not ready and how can you not be after reading this book. I became interested in this guy because I connected w him on “being humble but understanding the importance of money.” With that being said: if you’re wanting to know EXACTLY how he got rich, this isn’t the book you want. It doesn’t tell that story and tbh I was disappointed for that. But, overall it’s still good and there are some learning points.
Garrain Jones is amazing person.

I ordered this book TODAY and finished TODAY!! The exercises and the stories and everything was inspiring. I did the exercises and I have been able to take somethings that was heavy on my heart and release them and look at things in a different perspective. This is a must read seriously!! This book and the lessons in it, are so relatable to me. I see myself it almost every story in this book. It’s opened my eyes to some things I was struggling with. It also gave clarity on things I already knew. Great read!

Amazing read! If you’ve met Garrain.... what you see is what you get (read). The book is literally him. In book form of course. I am only on chapter 3 and I can Honestly say... it is has a change your mindset triggering effect. Life will change for the better for all of us who apply the lessons learned from his testimony. I am excited to start a book club with my daughters as well as others. I am excited to Take charge of my mindset and see the awesome results within my children as well.
Gotta go read the rest of the book now! Thank you Garrain Congrats on this big accomplishment.

I’ve known Garrain personally over 6 years. I’ve learned and grown so much over his mentorship and What personal development is and how to apply it in my life.
The second the book came out I purchased it right away. I started reading it the day I got it. It’s absolutely amazing, just like this king is.
My friend opened up the book to a random page, and she was blown away and purchased It right away. I highly recommend this book to anyone that wants to better themselves and change their life.

I had not finished reading his book and already started sharing that his book would be a great read...after barely wrapping up Chapter 3.
Set it down for some time and read between months.
I would be reading this book again for inspiration and his message.
I know it's going to be a challenge addressing the love part because it's tough to swallow...but I'm willing to give it a try to establish a positive relationship with my grandson's mother.
