Jeff Lerner Review by Sabrina G
I want to report my experience with Entre Nation Elite and Jeff Lerner Official. The workshops and monthly coaching has completely changed my life. I have learned how to stop and think before I take action in my business and reconsider the consequences at a higher level. I also think about cash flow in my business in an entirely different way - Jeff Lerner has provided huge insights and Pathways but I would not have considered before. I'm leaving this review because I registered tistic in a magazine that said satisfied customers sell them leave a decent review. Cut the negative reviews are created by people who have nothing better to do than harm other people. On that note, I would like to thanks Jeff Lerner and his team for great educational material.
How to build good credit and fix bad credit! This video is a GOLD MINE for credit information.
💰 Learn How to Start Your Awesome Life Here👉 http://yt122.trainingwithjeff.com/
- Start w a primary (we own it) term loan and a revolving line
- Self Lender or Credit Strong (term loan)
- Kay Jewelers card (revolving line)
- TD Bank (secured credit card min. of $1000 and up to $5000) or CapitalOne Bank “Open Sky” card if no TD Bank local
- (these cards will release the secured interest after 6 to 8 months and convert to an unsecured card)
- Don’t use “reestablishment cards” - OLLO or Credit One Bank or First Premiere Bank
- Open accounts early and get them reporting for as long as possible
- DON’T max out cards
- Pay off cards every month if possible - penalties at 7%, 30%, & 50% debt utilization
- Never miss a payment for 6 to 8 months (or ever really)
- IF you can’t save $1000
- Get secured card for a couple hundred dollars then get limit raised after a few months
Dealing With Bad Credit:
- Bankruptcy: Reestablish credit immediately after bankruptcy (don’t wait)
- Tax Liens: Pay them off and request for them to be removed
- Collections: Typically a debt that’s been sold to a “collection company”. Collections debts can be disputed easily and should NOT be paid until they’ve been disputed!
- Charge offs: When a financial institution goes beyond 120 days on a debt and chooses to write it off. Negotiate with banks yourself rather than pay for debt consolidation company.
- Larger charge offs: You may be sued and get a judgement and will likely have to pay.
- Smaller charge offs: Dispute first, if no luck settle for no more than 50%.
- Once negative items are dealt with begin building credit based on above…
Research credit repair companies - watch out for slow pace of disputes with a high monthly fee
- Look for real reviews - ask good questions (average length of process? How many disputes per month? What do I need to do to accomplish x?)
- Service must be provided before payment due and cannot provide guarantees (but service warranty is a good thing)
How to get leverage (access to other people’s money) once you have good credit
- Use your credit card consistently and pay it off monthly (or as close to it as possible)
- Ask your lender to reduce interest rate and increase limit every 6 months (assuming good payment history)
- Credit cards are the easiest way to establish great credit
- Cycle expenses through your credit cards as much as possible
- NEVER miss a payment - ALWAYS set up minimum payments auto drafts
- *Dave Ramsey is great at teaching people how to get out of debt but NOT at teaching people how to make money
- Hard pulls effect your score by up to 10%
- Not all “hard” credit pulls effect credit equally when lenders underwrite you
- Inquiries in different sectors are better tolerated by lenders
- No more than 3 inquiries within 6 months ideally
- Inquiries can be consolidated by day or often removed by credit repair companies if no document was signed for EACH credit pull
- “Soft pull” does not effect credit score
- Freecreditreport.com is the only way to view soft pulls - commercial lenders cannot view them unless you already have credit with them and they are only visible within like industries
Best site to monitor credit:
honestcreditmonitoring.com (Curtis’s company yay!)
If you’re going through loan underwriting use Experian (creditchecktotal.com)
- Updates daily
- Uses FICO8 scoring model
Lending America (search on Google for reviews)

Nudge: The Final Edition: Improving Decisions About Money, Health, and the Environment
Audible Audiobook – Unabridged
Richard H. Thaler (Author), Cass R. Sunstein (Author), Sean Pratt (Narrator), Gildan Media (Publisher)
4.4 out of 5 stars
Since the publication of the first edition of Nudge over 10 years ago, the name has become a common phrase for politicians, businesspeople and engaged citizens as well as consumers across the globe. The book has given birth to over 200 "nudge units" in governments across the globe and numerous groups of behavioral researchers in all sectors in the business. It has taught us to make use of a an intelligent "choice architecture" - a concept invented by the authors - to assist us in making better choices for our families, ourselves as well as our society.
The authors have revised the book from top to bottom using their experiences both inside and outside of the government in the last several years, and the explosion of research across a variety of disciplines of academia. In order to ensure that they will never taking on this task ever again, they have dubbed"this the "final edition". It provides a wealth of fresh insights for its long-standing fans and those who are new in the industry, regarding many of the problems we encounter every day - COVID-19 health, personal finances retirement savings and credit card debt medical insurance, home mortgages the donation of organs, global warming along with "sludge" (paperwork and other problems we don't like and hinder us from obtaining the things we need) All while adhering to one of the fundamental guidelines of nudging: make it enjoyable!

A highly interesting book, absolutely the best book that I have read about melatonin.
Reviewed in the United States on September 2, 2018
I now own a couple of books about melatonin, which I started to buy 1 ½ year ago, after my wife then went to the hospital and there told them about her problem with not getting enough sleep. Of “course”, the doctor did not tell her about melatonin but instead put her on sleeping drugs.
But as we have been told, or read, again and again have been told, in the body we have the natural sleeping hormone melatonin, so therefor, instead, I went on searching after books about melatonin; I like more to read in books than in Google.
And then, especially by reading this book, and besides the one written by Jeff T. Bowles.: “Extrem Dosiert! Melatonin, Das Wunder”, I have learned how important the hormone melatonin actually is for much more than just sleeping. That is how melatonin is working when managing other hormones in starting their works. However, beside this I especially have realized the connection between melatonin and our aging. That is how the production in the body, of melatonin, turns down while we are getter older, and this decease of melatonin so further increase our aging.
In the book, concerning this age related connection to melatonin, we clearly see it proved by the many mice experiments, which we reads about. Experimentations in which we learn about how old mice actually gets younger, in the wat they live, and besides are living longer, equally for up to 25 years, if translated into human years, when their pineal glands are replaced with pineal gland’s from young mice. And after this, then how the quit opposite goes on, when young mice got their pineal glands changed to old pineal glands.
Therefore, after these cases we realize how important it is to try to, during the life, to keep our body’s, our bloods, amount of melatonin, equal to what it was were in the age of the twenties.
And in the book, besides the connection between melatonin, and how old we will be, we also learn about the connection between low melatonin in the body, and the thereby related increased amount of diseases; and thereby resulted shorter life.
Daily we are told, and in new books still read, that in the body, in the nighttime, 90% of the melatonin is produced, while only 10% during daylight. Moreover, the doctor in the hospital told me the same as late as in February this year. However, here in the book, printed 23 years ago, there we read that this is wrong. Because after we have passed the 20es of age, then the production in nighttime starts to decline! But concerning how much it decline, I more will trust what I, 2 months ago, then read in the Jeff T. Bowles book, which I mentioned, because that book was printed last year. And there we read about a much harder decline, than in “The Melatonin Miracle” book, that is the melatonin production, actually by the age of 70, then the production in the darkness now only is the same as the production in the daylight, that is, now 10% and 10%.
As a remark, on the side 114 we read about how a cancer specialist named K. W. Starr, nearly five decades before the book was printed, then had reported about the successfully use of melatonin to control the sarcoma, one of the worst types of cancer. Actually back in 1952, then Hoffer told about how 40 grams/day of C vitamin then cured a patient for this cancer, and who then lived 20 years after being cured.
As another remark. My edition of the book was printed 23 years ago, and I think that if it now was reprinted, then they the writing about cholesterol would be changed. Because, for example, on the side 206, there we read about a connection between high cholesterol and heart attack. And much has changed during these past 23 years. Even now way back in February this year, the doctor in the hospital now talked about how good cholesterol is. Which I until then had been fight against the doctors about since February nine years ago, when my wife then was measured with a “high”, but not too high according to what Harvard Medical School already back then was writing.
Finally, again I will call this the best book about melatonin, which I have read, but the knowledge will increase when connected to the book written by Jeff T. Bowles.

Excellent book which was recommended to me by my husband's doctor. I started to use Dr Pierpaoli's melatonin formulation and I am starting to feel younger mentally and physically. I have more vitality and better outlook on life. I've been using the melatonin for the past 2 months. I definitely sleep better and it is only recently in the past two weeks that I am noticing a change in vitality and that younger feeling. I would definitely recommend the book to fully understand how melatonin works and give it a try. I am 67 years old.

This book is an excellent and entertaining read for all who are interested in improving your health and stop the aging process. I have suffered sleep disorders and have hypothyroidism since yr. 2000, this have run over my whole body and made me look 10 years older than I was (I am 52 now), I had used Melatoning several times when dealing with Jet lag, but after reading the book I know how to uset it to improve my life and make the best of the years ahead.
The book explains the origins of the discovery of Melatoning and how it works naturally in the body, how reasearchers identified its relationship with ageing and its role as regulator of most hormonal activity in the body. The experiments with mice that lead to the confirmation of the wonders of Melatonin are interesting and fun.
I recommend that if you read this book and decide to enter into the melatonin club, test the best dose for you, for me the authors' recomendation to use initial dose of 1.5 mcg was the best, I had taken doses of up to 5 mcg with not good results, but thanks to my brother i found a brand in Guadalajara that makes 1.5 mcg melatonin combined with herbs that works wonderfully and is very cheap. I have improved my life in many ways, starting with better sleep, and are starting to feel much younger and strong than 10 years ago.
Hope you can find a suitable dose for you and start enjoying the benefits of melatonin. Good Luck!!

Easy reading about Dr. Pierpaoli's discovery of the pineal as our internal aging clock. In his book, Dr. Piepaoli discusses many of his experiments which brought him to that conclusion. Plus I came across his own melatonin supplement which he briefly mentioned and found it at Amazon.com. This has been around a long time but was all new to me. So I began taking his melatonin produced in Italy and it has brought about some astounding changes in my physiology, just as he said it would. The book is an easy read and only 245 pages long but has put me on a new path to better health. GM

The research done by Pierpaoli was more than 30 years ahead of its time. I spent hours going through research papers that have just been published this year that come to similar conclusions decades later. He was ahead of his time. We would all be better off if we had many more innovative thought leaders like Pierpaoli. The natural health field is full of people exploiting the public to make a buck. Pierpaoli was a true scientist and innovator.

"The Melatonin Miracle" is such a fantastic book that I read it in one night only. Despite my fatigue I just couldn't stop reading until I reached the last page. The discovery of our aging clock and how melatonine can influence it, is undoubtedly a breakthrough, which will lead to many more. An uncle of mine, who is 65, started to take Melatonin and his skin became smoother and softer that I was flabbergasted, his sleep was more profound and relaxed and he stopped going to the toilet during the night. I can only say that this book was worth its money !

This book is enlightening and encouraging. I agree with the reviewer who says that the information is based on sound scientific research. (See Dr. Russel Reiter's book, "Melatonin," for example, which is highly scientific.) From personal experience of watching our pet with cancer improve after starting on melatonin, we're convinced of its merits. The tone may be enthusiastic, but melatonin is a natural substance which cannot be patented, so the author has nothing to gain financially from the sale of melatonin.
