Before I explain to possibly an already confused customer about my review I need to make something clear. I don't hate the book at all. Infact I abosulutely love it! Many of the "Case Studies," explained in the book are used by top marketers around the world. In fact I have had the distinct privilage of working and meeting with them. The book is a stepping stone for anyone wishing to try their hand and another opportunity other than the 9-5 regular gig. The posiblities are endless with the amount of money that you can earn assuming you make the right "smart" choices that you will undoubtly come across your career. Unfortunately this is where I think the books falls short and were my conflict comes into play. Internet Marketing is NOT EASY. Let me repeat that, Internet Marketing is NOT EASY. The book romantices the internet marketing lifestyle that can be obtained and makes everything seem so easy. Believe it folks it ins't. Internet Marketing is a business and many people who try to become IM come in with that "employee," mentality and believe they can earn a whopping 100k in the span of one month. No. It takes time, it takes money and it takes patience and most importantly your MINDSET needs to change. Many times I always run into people searching for that shining diamond that will make them money and overnight successes, then when that doesn't happen they blame the product and the marketer instead of looking at themselves. DON'T BE THAT PERSON. Read this book with an open mindset. READ and OBSERVE. Thats the best way I can tell you. This book is fantastic and I often read it to get new ideas and inspiration that can help me reach out to new customers. If you are looking at a reference to IM this is your book. Find something that holds your interest and stick to it! Good Luck.

I first listened to this book on audio and it had so many great ideas that I wanted to try but I couldn't remember it all! I decided to buy the book so I could go through each chapter and highlight the areas I want to implement. Mark gives plenty of great ideas in many different areas so you can literally pick and choose which areas you'd like to try and which ones you'd rather pass on. I also like this book because it isn't necessary to read from cover to cover because each chapter is it's own section. This book has given me a lot of ideas that I plan to use with my current business. I would definitely recommend getting this book.

When I began listening to this audiobook I really did not know what to expect, but I was open. With the first few pages I knew this would be a book that would change the course of my life forever. Mark Anastasi is so open with all of the secrets and tips he used to become a laptop millionaire, and he does not do it in a slick car salesman kind of way. This is no get rich quick book even though you may just so happen to get rich in a matter of days. Many of the people featured in this book studied their niche markets or tested various methods for at least a month, sometimes more, prior to launching and making enough sales to sustain themselves.

The audiobook was so fantastic that I had to purchase the eBook as well. I also told my ex and my sister about it. I am thankful I found this book and I plan to listen and read it until I can practically memorize it. Mark's willingness to share his knowledge is priceless.

Well, why do I rate this book so high ?

Maybe the Laptop Millionaire is something very personal to me. I used to be member of corporate family in Poland for 10 years.

I have signed 1 million $ contract in Athens in July 2004, almost exactly at the time, when Mark Anastasi was completely broke in London. 6 years later our roles has changed upside down. Mark was making contracts of the same size, As I did in 2004, There has beed a diffrerence. Mark was at the Top of the Stage in London, art CLICKBANK MILLIONAIRE MASTERCLASS and I went broke ?

Why ? I am writing about in in my Kindle book to be published soon on Amazon.

After explaining, why "The Laptop Millionaire: is important to me - personally - Now I am going to the Review of The Laptop Millionaire.

I have bought the book on Amazon a month ago, but could not to read it until the last week. I have started to read the book, and it swallowed me up to my ears. Book has 237 pages and consists of 12 chapters, containing : 1. E-Books, 2. List building and e-mail Marketing, 3. SEO - Search Engine Optimization, 4. YouTube, 5-Facebook, 6. Twitter, 7.Fiverr, 8. Outsourcing, 9.Local Business Marketing, 10. Membership Sites, 11. Webinars, 12.Online Marketing and some final Thoughts of the Author.

Mark Anastasi describes technologic context, of our lives , with the focus on digital/internet revolution we face on our eyes, from the begining of 90-ties, whereas, the majority of people on the Earth do not understand, how almost all of us can benefit from this technological shift. Mark explains, how he has participated in " the Seminar that Changed My Life" , and describes, how he has started his way towards an online world.abd his first Mentor, who has helped him to change his life for good. He also explains, where are the conditions set - to begin our Financial independence. This threshhold is set in one sentence :

"Financial Independence Begins at 400 Clicks per Day" - and Mark explains, what does it really mean, at the end of Intruductiion.

Then, the 12 chapters follow, jam-packed with testimonials of his and other people students, who are a new generation of -Crisis-Proof people. They have established their- online - presence. They know, what "Personal Branding is all about".

Especially now, in the turbulent times of economic crisis it is of extreme importance to the young people generation to have a certainty or hope, that they will not loose their source of incomes. I know how it pains, when you lose your job, in the most desired moment. Therefore, ability to earn online - creating eithe suplementary income source, or starting a completely new business - is one of the most desired on Earth these days.

Mark describes, in the very precise way, all the technicalities of starting online business, and gives life stories, testimonials, of the people, who are real people, and who experienced radical or slow but constant change in their lives.

These is some people among the ones interviewed my Mark (and oh boy, Mark has reviewed around 150 of them), who were forced to replace their incomes quickly, or who wanted to improve their financial skills and the level of incomes of ther own/ or their own families.

Mark also ecplains, how to make money on CLICKBANK, a platform founded in 1998, which has paid so far, more than 2,3 billion US dollars, in the commissions paid to its affiliates. I have also made my first sale on CLICKBANK last year, and I know that this is real. I still wonder, why the CLICKBANK has not set up their presence in Poland, in the country, which can be a goldmine for online transactions, but this is other story... I think I will reccommend the idea to translate this book into Polish Language, to my friend and boss, prof. Krzysztof Rybiński, the Rector of Academy of Finance and Business in Warsaw, (and a former Vice-Governor of Polish National Bank) - in order to train students of Vistula Group of Universities in finding practicla ways to achieve Financial Freedom. Education systems in USA and Europe, produce rather " consuments" and the creators of freedodm, and intependence. as Robert Kiyosaki describes in his famoeous "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" book.

Mark Anastasi breaks the veil of silence and I really like the fact that the book became The New York TImes Bestseller", since the is a reason for this.

Soon , almost all of us, will need, to have the advice - what to do with our spare time. I wish - to every reader of "The Laptop Millionaire" - to read the book from page No 1 to page 237, and to read it again and again, until they will be able to copy & paste methods to earn money online. After Timothy Ferris " 4 Hour Work Week" - this is next BESTSELLER, strenghtening ability to survive of all of us, in the turbulent times of Global Financial Crisis. The crisis will not go home soon. It even can send us to the zone of unemployement. Then, being able to generate 5000, 10 000 $ / month, or even 100 000 $ a month, will be critical for survival of the family.

So in one sentence - The Laptop Millionaire is a "MUST READ ITEM."

Go for it.

A few weeks ago I received an email announcing a free 3 day Laptop Millionaire Summit in Sydney with Mark Anastasi.

I read about Mark Anastasi's background and I decided to buy the book; firstly because I like "rag to riches" stories and secondly because it would get me ready to get the most benefit from the free event.

I have to say both the book and the event exceeded my expectations. I applied some of the knowledge immediately and was able to boost the google ranking for three of my websites.

Now I am developing material so that I can implement the strategies I learned from the book and at the event.

If you are a successful internet makerter I recommend this book for hidden gems. If you are a total newbie I recommend this book to help you get your feet wet.

If you want to know about starting an online business this book is for you. Again, I must say never just read one book. One book can never fill in all the gaps. This book is well written and explains how he learned from having a mentor. Along with reading business books anyone who wants to start a busines should find mentors who are in the know about starting businesses. The greatest advice that I took from reading this book is that no one has to do it alone, find a mentor.

Great Book with many great ideas. Even though it is 4 years old it is still relevant as an overview of the options to make money on the net. Bit of a worry why many sites referred to in the book no longer exist. Maybe they have made enough money to fully retire. Many great stories/examples of what you can do. Bad news is that this does not give details. You will have to do a course or buy many books to learn the details.
