From the very first page, I loved this book and am having a hard time putting it down (just arrived today!). Julie writes in a very causal yet direct tone that is so easy to follow and makes the pages fly. I read or listen to real estate agent or sales books nearly everyday, and this one so far takes the cake. Julie addresses the underlying elements of real estate agent mentality that so often gets ignored in other books, like the fact that success actually is one of the best boosters to moral and how to actually create that success (with tangible steps). And it’s not just for beginners - I’m a third year agent who made six figures last year and I am learning so much from this book. I’ll update this review when I’ve completed the book but I HIGHLY recommend it!

I love Julie's "written from the heart" with real life experience book! She is honest about her journey through the real estate industry, shares stories that are true and that made an impact and difference on her life and her experiences. Her passion for helping others succeed is genuine and honest and real!! Does it get any better than that?!?!?!? I've read the book with a hi liter and book mark and have already shared comments and thoughts with others that Julie shared in her book - AND I've given the book as a gift to fellow team members in the mortgage industry, in fact I am ordering more today!!
This book isn't just for those interested in a real estate career - it's a good book about life in general! Be positive - work hard - be honest - take care of people - give back - pay it forward. Never underestimate yourself! Thanks Julie for this true gift!!

Excellent Practical Advice on Launching Or Relaunching Your Real Estate Business

Julie's book is an outstanding step by step guide to getting started or relaunching your real estate business. She has a fountain of incredible ideas that can be done for reasonable prices. She sets out action items for you as you go through the chapters that will give a sure fire way to develop the right habits, and the right direction for your business. I would HIGHLY recommend this book for any agent, but especially for new agents or for agents looking for a breakthrough year. Julie is very talented, and has the knowledge and experience that will really help you make your way into this business. Get this book and take the steps. You can do it!!

This book is a MUST for anyone that has a dream to make their career successful! It is written for the REALTOR® but can be applied to any career. I believe that this book has steps and plans that are achievable and are actually useful. This book is written to be an easy read and it is. I wish that I would have purchased this book at the very beginning of my real estate career.

Great read! Fast paced, informative and at a perfect time in our industry for real estate professionals at all levels in their careers. Julie's biographical professional experiences - from rookie to productive coach for one of the world's largest real estate market centers to her own decision to change brokerages - is totally relatable on many levels. Success Faster should be first on your list of books for a professional wake up call, motivation and encouragement. Never in our industry has there been a better time to re-engerize and go FAST.

Amazing how engaging this author is - it's as if she's reaching right out of the book to take you by the hand and walking down the path with you. It's really unique in approach - great for new or returning real estate agents and for experienced agents who just need to push the reset button to put it into high gear for moving forward, revving up. It's like meeting with a friend who understands what you're going through, listens well and offers good advice. Loved this book from the very beginning, reading in kindle format - can pick it up on my phone, my kindle.

Julie has nailed it. Her advice for getting and staying authentic is right on point. Her style of writing and speaking is direct, succinct and easy to follow. This book is a must for any new agent and those that need a dose of adrenaline for getting back on track. Her coaching experience comes through loud and clear. This is a must read for all agents. Can't wait to see if it also comes out on Audible!

I was lucky enough to have Julie as a coach in my first year of real estate. I’m in year 5 now and loved reading this book! If you are a new agent I think this should be mandatory reading before you hit the ground running. Even after 5 years in the business there were still so many excellent reminders and stories in this book that will help me improve my business.

Landed three deals the week after reading this book.

I was gifted this book as I was boarding a plane to return home after a brokerage summit. I was intending to sleep on the flight home. I did not sleep, as I began reading the book and could not put it down. At the time, I was at a place where I was reevaluating my business and ready to take it to the next level, but, I was "stuck." My business was not increasing at the pace that I needed or wanted it to. I knew I needed to make some changes to push myself to that next level, but I wasn't sure what changes to make or how or where to make them. I just knew that what I was doing wasn't getting me to where I wanted to be. Then, I read Success Faster. The book is so easy to read, so common sense, and in an, I can totally relate to what this woman is saying, kind of way! Her scripts are the best scripts I've ever heard in the business. They make sense! They're good conversation! They work! The week after returning home, implementing Julie's scripts and, making a commitment to make those phone calls, I landed 3 deals, in one week, 2 listings and 1 buyer. In the coming weeks since, I have had multiple additional listing appointments and buyer consults, majority of which have ended with something in the pipeline. I can not thank Julie Nelson enough for this book! I am now so excited for the future and where my business will go!
