Today’s guest on the Millionaire Secrets podcast, "From ATHLETE To MILLIONAIRE", is Jason Khalipa.
Jason is a CrossFit world champion and owner of the fitness chain of gyms, NC Fit.
He’s also the author of the book As Many Reps As Possible - a great selling book on Amazon.
On top of these achievements, Jason is also a father, having a baby daughter with his high school sweetheart.
Unfortunately, Jason’s daughter developed leukemia - and this has understandably had a big impact on other areas of his life.
The NC Fit chain he owns today is a reincarnation of a chain of gyms that he started straight out of college at only 22.
With 20 locations across the globe, including corporate wellness centers in Asia, Jason is a busy man. Let’s not forget his training efforts to be an elite-level athlete too!

AMRAP is a very well written book that does a great job of putting all aspects of Jason’s personal and professional life together. It is an easy book to relate to and continues to show how building a good foundation of work ethic and desire can help you overcome many things in life and reach your goals. I also think this is a good book to help give people hope that even if you start out slow or looking for direction early in life, it is not uncommon and you can still achieve great things, if you just show up everyday. I also like the personal touch and discussion about being in the moment with his family, this is something I struggle with in my busy lifestyle and it is a good reminder to stay in the moment/focused on what you are doing at the time. Work is work, gym is gym and family time is family time. It is also nice to see how dedicated he is to his wife and kids, that piece throughout the book, where he still gives so much credit to his wife for all support to help him reach so many goals and get his family through some challenging times just shows the character of Jason. As a Crossfitter of 7 years I have a firm understanding of what AMRAPS are and how they work, I myself incorporate them into my workouts many times a week. But in this book Jason, takes it a step farther explaining how the AMRAP Mentality can apply to more than just fitness, it applies to life, business and relationships. You don't have to be a Crossfitter to read this book, Jason does a great job of explaining the meanings so that someone that has never stepped foot in a CrossFit gym can learn something from reading this and instantly apply it to their life and see results. Jason is a great family man and a inspiration as a business owner and entrepreneur. I read this book in about 3 hours and will recommend it to people for years to come. In life never quit but when faced with challenges break them down into smaller manageable chunks and se a timer to see how much work you get done as you race against the clock. You will be surprised at how much more you accomplish over time. In conclusion READ THIS BOOK it WILL instantly help you, the only variable is the amount of hard work you put in. The harder you work the more successful you will become. Thanks Jason!

Not Just For CrossFitters! Mindset!!💖

Made time to read AMRAP Mentality by @jasonkhalipa today. Now, if I wasn't involved in CrossFit would I have picked this book up? Honesty, probably not. And I would be missing some amazing insight.
With that being said, this is not just for CrossFitters. There is so much knowledge in this short book that can be used in all areas of life. Amazing honesty, evaluation, and mindset contained in these pages.
I needed this more than ever today. I was doubting something and while reading one of the chapters, I realized I was avoiding potential.
So whether or not you CrossFit or even know what an AMRAP is, I highly recommend this book for mindset self awareness.

The more I learn about Jason Khalipa the more I admire him. Whether you’re listening to his podcast, watching a YouTube video of him or reading his new book, you can’t help but notice the hard work and dedication he brings to his everyday life.
Jason’s new book ‘as many reps as possible’ isn’t just a story of his Crossfit games career. It’s a carefully, well thought out and well articulated book filled with knowledge, advice and inspiration that will not only help you in the gym but also in life.
Written with purpose, care and experience this is well worth the read whether you are an avid cross fitter or not.

Inspirational book. Jason is such a positive, high energy personality. I don’t read many books but when I heard his book was out I didn’t hesitate to buy it. His positive attitude is so contagious. The AMRAP mentality is already in the works for me. Immediately after the book was finished I started binging on his pod casts. I will recommend his book to many.

I’ve read this book 3 times and have passed it around to several members and other coaches at my CrossFit box. But this book, and the stories, lessons, and emotions within it, are not limited to just those who do CrossFit. Indeed this book is for anyone looking to find how the can sharpen their own mental edge, clarify their purpose, and discover their “Why”. A quick read, but you’ll find yourself revisiting this book several times. Truly a coffee table book; not for decoration, but for discussion with family, friends, and visitors.
Must read for fitness life and business!! Can’t wait to read again

Got to hear about this book from a podcast Jason was in. Just his story and way of speaking got to me and I just had to get more into his mentality. This book has related to me so well in life fitness and business. Really gives you that edge on maxing out in each area of your life daily and that mental toughness you need when times get tough. I’ve already began implementing the AMRAP mentality into my life. As a full time law student using the AMRAP mentality to be present and mindful in the classroom and switching gears to training, studying, and being a the best man I can be has been enlightening. This book gives you the tools you need to be mindful productive and overall successful in all aspects of life from the gate asking you what is your why? It’s a must read!

This is a great read to give you a different perspective on how to balance life, work, family, and fitness. I work in a fast-paced environment and constantly try to balance a busy work schedule with doing CrossFit 5-6 times a week and maintaining relationships with friends and family. After reading this book, I have been incorporating the AMRAP mentality and shifting focus to help stay balanced on a daily basis and it has helped tremendously! Jason does a great job of sharing his moving, personal experience to demonstrate how to use the AMRAP Mentality to tackle anything life throws at you. Highly recommend.

I had heard great things about this book and had high expectations going in. Needless to say not only were my expectations met but surpassed.
Jason's ability to be so open and transparent really helps the reader relate. The book was a great read and really made me reflect on the stories involved as well as my own life.
I will definitely reread this book and continue to use and grow from what I learned from it. This read left me feeling encouraged, inspired, and thankful.
Truly a great read and I highly recommend it.

This book is not only incredibly motivating and inspiring but Jason also gives you tangible guidance on how to develop the AMRAP mentality that has helped propel him further in all aspects of life in order to help you do the same. Jason is so relatable and this is hands down one of the best personal development books I have read in a long time. Parts of this book left me speechless because it was spot on to what I was going through in life and he opened up so much perspective! Everyone would benefit greatly from this!!

Jason was my CrossFit coach for years so I can speak from personal experience that he is a genuinely good man/coach and that I’m intimently familiar with AMRAPs. Having him apply what it takes to crush an AMRAP into all areas of life is eye-opening. As a new father, husband, and businessman facing some big challenges, this book brings comfort that there is a way forward using a mentality I couldn’t agree more with. Well done Jason!

Sometimes our minds are spinning so fast that we forget about the simplest things in life and how we actually got to where we are. Jason Kahlipa’s book breaks success in anything you do down into 5 areas to think about and work on. This is incredibly helpful for someone like me who tends to overthink things way too much. Concentrating on 5 things is so much easier than trying to concentrate on 500 things when it can lead me to the same path. Thank you Jason for sharing your ways and experience with all of us!

This book was amazing! I’ve read it twice now. It’s short and to the point. It gives actual tips to be better not just theory. I’ve read lots of books on development and this is hands down the most practical. I’m not a CrossFit person at all, but this mentality applies to everyone! I especially like the chapter activities which puts what you’ve learned into application and moves your from theory to practice.

Though I exercise religiously, I am not a CrossFit practitioner. I first was introduced to Jason via Tim Ferriss' podcast. I was so impressed by what I heard about fitness, business and life that I had high expectations for this book. It doesn't disappoint. Concise, thoughtful and compelling, I could not put this book down. After I finished the Kindle version, I bought physical copies for my sons. Highly recommended. A must read.
Increased productivity and changed perspective

I felt like I was really good at wasting time. I always had a lot of things to accomplish but I would get distracted easily. Even at the gym. Since I started implementing these practices into my daily lifestyle and writing out daily goals for myself I have been able to get a lot more done. It helps me stay focused during the day as well. 100% recommend this book to anyone with a lot on their plate and feels like they never have enough time to get it all done.

I really loved this book, Khalipa lays it out in a matter of fact way. His chapters are spilt up very well into the subject/parts of the AMRAP mentality. I also loved hearing about his expierences and how it fueled his fire to where he is today so as to certify where he is.
The book has helped me a lot to focus on the task at hand, and put 100% effort into what i’m doing in the moment. Love everything the guy puts out
