I found this place after researching ways that I could make money early on and have financial security and freedom.As a young 15 year old I don’t want to have to be weary of my future and this is helping in a big way.

As a future billionaire (I believe that because the tee-shirt I purchased from Entre Institute says so!) it's so nice to know that people like Jeff Lerner and Allison Maslan are there to let me know that I'm not alone in this. She told me things today that will get me out of my comfort zone - and may scare me a bit - but that's where the growth happens, right? (Hopefully, I don't have to have a car run over me to realize where I need to be - SO glad Allison survived and THRIVED!) HERE'S TO GROWTH!!!

Best for transitioning from solopreneur to early enterprise

I normally like to dive in and get right to ABC’s and 123’s, but I really appreciated Allison’s very transparent set-up of her personal story and WHY we should scale. For those of us juggling the DIY routine with the random, hit or miss success of contractors and employees that aren’t as effective as they could be because we aren’t as effective as we can be, there are some great practical tidbits to get you pointed in the direction of scaling. What’s in this book will get you committed to that journey and will give you some easy ways to dive in without wasting time on second-guessing or reinventing the wheel. This book literally found me right as I was deciding it was time to build a broader team and Allison answered some of the questions I had in my head about how to take first steps. There are some philosophies and action steps you’ve probably heard before or outlined on paper. But if we’re being honest, many of us will admit that while we’ve heard it, we may not have implemented it or followed through on it. Scale or Fail caused me to face some of that and start over a bit where it mattered.

My business needed to grow and we simply didn’t have the knowledge or really know what or how to do it. We no longer wanted to be 2 people in an office doing EVERTHING.
I’m so grateful to have found Allison’s book and subsequently reached out to her team for help. The book opened my eyes to creating processes and structure around our business in order to hire and grow efficiently and effectively. What really appealed to me in reading this book is that in essence if I scaled properly I could get my life back because my business would actually be functioning at a much higher level.
It hasn’t been easy but it is working and we have hired two new employees and implemented procedures that are working. Our profits are increasing because of our efficiency.
Allison is smart and has been through what my business is going through - she really gets it. I appreciate the insights and instructions in SCALE OR FAIL and by taking action and implementing what I’m learning - it’s working!

You can start reading and implimenting right away with trustworthy encouragement all the way. Grab a pencil, you'll want to take notes.

I first heard Allison Maslan on a podcast (Rolland Frasier) and she blew me away so I got this book the same day. Allison's business insight and ability to see the big picture is spot on. The entrepreneur's journey is a crazy mental game and she is able to articulate how to best navigate it. Moving from a small business to a larger one can be daunting for business owners and this book helps find the way forward. Thank you Maslan for an amazing book. ~ Byron

This book is AMAZING!!!! It has become one of my top five favorite books! It is real life advice. I was able to confirm some good habits, bad habits, create goals and create plan on how I am going to scale by using the activities in the book. This book was right on time as I am ready to scale to another level in 2019! I have already bought another copy for my client and I am sure I will be buying more for people that need her advice.

Good blue print to get your business on track. Growing a business is super challenging but with the right thought process and plans it doesn’t haven’t to be completely overwhelming or suck the life out of you. This book gives you the road map to accomplish that.

This part when Allison discussed "Know Your Numbers" in her book struck me a lot because equally a lot of entrepreneurs from my experience are passionate or enthusiastic about starting a business quickly but the "Know Your Numbers" part is more often than lot missing in their business blueprint. So, I am also glad to hear from people like Allison who stressed the importance of Knowing Your Numbers, which is essential as part of scaling businesses.

I love this book! You get to here from someone who has actually launched, built and sold multiple successful businesses. The author breaks down to know how and the mindset needed to get your business from idea to execution and beyond. Highly recommend this book!
