Really honest guru he is. Now-a-days gurus be like " buy my course and you will be rich by the end of the course ". He is the real one saying " you need to grind, it comes with a price, you need to give it time ". I respect him.

A great book for newbie's entering the world of wholesale real estate investing

This is a great book to read for anyone who is new learning about wholesaling real estate. This book helps reiterate an important concept of only calling on properties that look like they need work and would be a fixer upper. In addition, this book along with If You Can't Wholesale After This: I've Got Nothing For You..by Todd Fleming is also another good book to read for beginners.

I cannot say enough about how valuable and helpful this book has been for me in starting my Real Estate business. I would also recommend Than's site for additional tips!! Than is an amazing person with what he has built and the help he provides to those out there trying to get into the business. This is a great way to build capital for you biz!!

This book led directly to me getting my first real apartment. It gives you so much useful information. If you want to buy real estate, put the full down payment in. In fact, pay more than the down payment, for financial reasons.

For being an educational book for new real estate investors, it was an easy-to-follow along book without putting you to sleep before you made it to the next chapter.
The information in this book critical for anyone starting out in Real Estate Investing and can easily be referred by to when the time comes.

There is so much to remember, it is great to have this book at your desk for reference. It is not the only daily information you need in your business, but it is very inclusive once you get started. Good read.

I’ve been reading this book for a minute now and I love it. I’m trying to get more into real estate which is why I decided to start with Wholesaling. I really love how he talks about his mistakes and what lead him to the successful career he currently has today. If this is something you’re interested in then definitely buy it. 👏🏽👏🏽

This is a great book for anyone interested in wholesaling houses. The author gives you a lot of information without the filler or fluff you find in other real estate books. However, this book is better suited for people that have previous experience in real estate.

Wholesaling real estate has different paperwork for each state that needs to be understood. Than systematically goes through this explanation to make the reader aware of the process. There are numerous ways to negotiate a wholesale deal in real estate. Than does a great job at helping the reader understand the process and the options available.

Very informative and instructive will not go into details if you want help to understand real estate wholesaling while someone is holding your hand believe this may be helpful. Reading a book if fine but having someone speak to you is almost as if showing you how to. Good luck.
