Gulam Hussain Jeff Lerner Review

Meet Gulam! Hear why he was totally blown away by our blueprint training and the support from our business advisors. He is excited to learn from our platform and accelerate his life!

Welcome to another episode of Millionaire Secrets!

First things first:

How would you like to dive down to the crash site of the Titanic?

Or if that’s not your thing, how about a walk down the red carpet with Elton John?

I want to introduce you to the man who can make both of those things happen!

My latest guest is Steve D. Sims.

He started a one-of-a-kind company called “The Bluefish,” which describes itself as a luxury concierge service.

This means that if you want anything (and I mean ANYTHING), they’ll make it happen for you.

And they’ve made a LOT of crazy things happen over the years.

But if you wanted to hear what they were, you could just go to their website.

The most interesting part of this story is Steve himself.

You’d expect the person who made this company to have a lot of friends in high places. You’d expect him to come from a wealthy or at least a middle-class background.

But you’d be wrong.

Steve Sims is an ex-bricklayer from London who had an incredible idea and decided to run with it.

He had no experience in providing a concierge service, but he wasn’t going to let that stop him.

He persevered, grew his client list, and eventually started providing for more and more wealthy clients.

As you might imagine, The Bluefish’s services don’t come cheap.

Their target demographic is incredibly wealthy people that you wouldn’t recognize if you passed them on the street.

(Much like Steve himself!)

This turned into a fantastic interview because Steve really exemplifies the idea of unlocking your potential.

First, he used his position with The Bluefish to get in the room with wealthy and successful individuals. Then, he asked those individuals, quite bluntly, how they became successful.

He used the knowledge they gave him to build his net worth and his company!

If you want to hear the things he learned from his ultra-rich client list, listen to the full episode now to find out!

Excellent book. Useful. Highly recommend.

Well written. Clear. Comprehensive. Immediately useful.

Before I read this book, I thought “mind mapping” was some sort of meditation or self-discovery technique. Mind mapping is a method of data presentation. But, the effects and benefits go far beyond the presentation of data. I won’t go into details here because this book makes the subject so simple and so obvious, it’s simpler if you just read the book.

We are currently awash in a tidal wave of advice-givers, self-help-gurus, super-coaches, and other baloney hucksters who are wangling their way to a web presence and freedom from their day jobs. “Mind Mapping” by Kam Knight is a refreshing (and rare) departure from this tsunami of rehashed ideas and inspirational fluff.

Kam has written a book that is pragmatic, useful, unpretentious, and straightforward. I was surprised that I had not come across these techniques before, and that I had been already doing them myself, in a very partial way, before I encountered a complete presentation of them.

I cannot think of an area of life or business that the techniques in this book will not materially improve. Most definitely worth the $12 spent on the book and 10 or so evenings reading it. Best of luck applying these techniques.

I will be honest, I was not looking to learn about mind mapping, but this book was in a package Amazon offered. Very fascinating concept. Like Kam's other books, this was a very eye-opening look into a tool I didn't know I needed but can't help but feel to now be an indispensable part of my life. I love all the illustrations and diagrams Kam offers, they are so detailed with so much thought on them. They go beyond examples I've seen in any other mind mapping book.

This is the most complete, easy to understand, thorough book on mind mapping I have seen yet. I have read over a dozen mind mapping books, including several Bozan books. Chapter 3 gives the best introduction on how to mind map I have seen yet. If you are interested in mid mapping, this is the book to start with and you need it in your reference library for sure. Enjoy the trip with Kam.

Well Written, Illustrated, and Explained

This book's description and a previous reviewer make some pretty bold claims stating this is an all encompassing book and that you should begin your exploration of mind maps here. Now after having purchased and read it, I'd like to make a bold claim of my own. With this copy, you won't need another mind map book! I don't say this to sound bold or for a lack of a better way to express myself. I am saying this because this book covers everything there is or you could possibly want to learn about mind mapping, delving deep into the technique.

The book begins with a brief introduction about mind maps, giving you an immediate groundwork for what you are dealing with. It presents credible arguments for its benefits then proceeds with instructions for creating your own mind maps establishing important things to bear in mind. From there it is idea after well illustrated and explained idea of how to open up mind maps in all portions of your life.

- The author tells you how to read, study and learn with mind maps, whether you are reading from a book or learning from a lecture.

- He demonstrates the varied applications like goal setting and thematic projects.

- He talks about the limitations of mind maps and furnishes other visuals technqiues that compensate for mind map's deficiency.

- There is even an extensive conversation about using mind maps with children.

- At the end, he stocks samples from different people to ease the learning curve.

I am a lower level executive at a Fortune 100 company and in my department majority of our work revolves around generating ideas and putting together plans. So for me, the chapters on planning and brainstorming have been exceedingly handy in cultivating ideas and establishing a coherent blueprint. With the chapter on group mind mapping, I even have a nice format for getting my colleagues involved.

One of the numerous attributes that sets this apart from other mind map books is the variety of uses. Ken doesn't just show you how to use mind mapping in a specific subject, he gives you numerous angles and avenues for its attack. For planning alone, he gives you three universal variations, one of which I am using regularly. For writing he supplies four - two for fiction writing and two for non-fiction writing. He even offers you assortments in group mind mapping. With group mind mapping, you would think there probably shouldn't be much to it; you bring a group of people together and convene a mind map. Surprisingly, he suggests three possibilities, depending on the dynamic and structure of the group and what you are trying to achieve.

"Mind Maps" pulls out all the stops. It gives you abundance of suggestions on its numerous uses and practices. Even if you are not interested in or care for learning about mind maps, I propose reading through this book at least once as it can help you be more efficient in understanding, learning, and processing information.

While I have been somewhat weary of reading eBooks I've never heard of, only because some I have read have been complete trash. However, I would have to say Ken Arthur's "Mind Maps" has changed my mind.

I consider myself well read, but I have not actually read an entire book discussing the process of mind mapping. I am happy I did though. The exercise reminds me of a flow chart. As a former consultant and current writer, I have made much use of flow charts and have found them to work. Mind mapping is similar. You wrap your mind around a single thought, then create sub-topics that give the details of the main topic.

I noticed I found it difficult to stop reading this book. Ken's style of writing is precise, and it flows very well. I had errands to run, but I wanted to finish what I was reading first. It is intriguing to learn how the mind digests information. I have had many instances where I wondered why I just found it so difficult to comprehend various sorts of data, and "Mind Maps" finally put that in perspective for me.

I believe a person of any background would find this book useful. Ken teaches you how to use mind mapping on any subject from writing to reading to researching to event planning, such as planning a wedding and even creating efficient shopping lists.

Again, as a writer, it is important for me to stay current with a variety of topics, and then write in a way that my readers can understand the information. Sometimes, that can be quite difficult, especially when I feel I am suffering from information overload. Ken teaches you exactly how to take pieces of the data, sort them and map them accordingly, so that you understand not only the information, but also, how to convey it eloquently.

I am quite thankful to have come across this book. I am positive I will reread it over and over again. I would also recommend it to anyone who wishes to improve their minds and the way they comprehend new information.

This book is great to learn how to take notes and utilize your mind in the best possible way. Mindmapping is something that everyone can learn and schools would do right if they taught it. If you want to learn how to be the best version of yourself this is a step imo. Help you to retain information at a higher level and have more easy recall. If you learn and don't remember you haven't really learned.

Concrete and concise. Invaluable resource for educators, parents, student...well, everyone. As an educator, I've used mind maps since the 70s. This book takes you to a wide and applicable universe of specific relevant mapping, custom fit to the situation and the user's need and ability. I'm sending a copy to both my college student, my overwhelmed - at - work husband, and keeping one for myself. Although it's not mentioned, visual mind maps will be highly valuable in orienting my 90 year old mother as well! BTW this review is my 1st ever...my thanks to the author for enriching so many lives through this handy book.
